• User Control: Users (opticians) have full authority to delete any customer record directly within the app at any time.
• Automatic Deletion: To minimize data retention, records are automatically deleted after 12 months from the last update.
• App Uninstallation: If the app is uninstalled from the device, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
